The living room and kitchen are one big space with a fantastic sea view, right from the front door. Kitchen bar for 2 people. 3 seater sofa, which can be slid out to be a double chaise longue for 'cinema mode'. Wall mounted Samsung TV with swivel arm. You can connect your laptop to the TV with a HDMI cable. Dining table with 4 chairs. Warm & indirect lights. Fully foldable sliding doors give direct access to the terrace.
Fully equipped with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. Induction cooker. Filter coffeemaker and water cooker. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Large worktop with sea view!, which can also be used as a dining table for 2, as a desk, or as a bar! Two bar stools.
A gem! When the foldable terrace doors are fully opened, the living room extends to the terrace, with a view of a green valley and the Mediterranean sea. There's a wide-angle view as the apartment is located on the hillside (at 285 meters). The terrace furniture incldes a 3-seater, 2-seater sofa, 2 foldable chairs, sofa table, and side table. The furniture is easy to move if you prefer to sit in the sun or in the shade.
The terrace has lost of plants and flowers. There is an automated irrigation system. Half of the terrace has a ceiling (covered) and the other half is open. This means you can always find some shade. The orientation is south, with the sun till the early evening. The terrace has main lights and mood lights. Enjoy the lovely views of the plants, flowers, and the Mediterranean sea!
The bedroom has a terrace window with sea views! Wooden bed with double mattress of 160x200 cm. Four drawers under the bed. The bed has integrated mood lighting. One wall is covered with natural slate. Wardrobe with sliding doors. Sliding door to the terrace. Ceiling fan. Warm petrol color curtains. Together with the shutter, the bedroom can be made completely dark.
Wall bed with a double mattress of 140X200 cm. The bed is easy to drop down and push up. This room also has curtains and shutters. There's a folding desk, so the room can be used as an office. If the desk (that has wheels) is not used, it can be folded and placed next to the bed. The room has a wardrobe with sliding doors.

There's a big common pool and seperately a small kids pool. There are showers, bathrooms, and sunloungers. Large and well-maintained garden area and sunbathing area. All just a few steps away.
Sitio de Calahonda is a green and new neighborhood at the seaside, and is part of Mijas municipality. Most of the low-rise constructions date from 2005 to 2010. It is located between Fuengirola in the east and Marbella in the west. Calahonda runs from the seaside to the first hillside. It's a 25 minutes drive to Malaga airport.
There are many nearby Sierra’s with great hiking paths: Sierra de Mijas, Sierra Blanca, Sierra de las Nieves, Pico Castillejos, Sierra Bermeja, Sierra de Ronda, Sierra de Grazalema, El Torcal de Antequera, Camenito del Rey, Montes de Malaga, Los Alcornocales, Sierra Nevada, el Saltillo etc.
